Hazard: The plastic coated lumber on the horizontal ladder (monkey bar/swing beam) can weaken over time due to rotting of the whitewood (spruce, pine and fir species), resulting in a fall hazard.
Note: All recalled swing sets have a horizontal ladder that acts as both a monkey bar and swing beam, and an end latter coated with cranberry or green plastic. The replacement kit includes the horizontal ladder and the vertical end truss support pieces.

I received a postcard notifying me of the recall. I contacted the number over 2 months ago and have yet to receive the replacement piece. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks. Can you tell me when I will receive it so we can put our playset back together. Thanks you for your help.

i have a madison playset listed above we got out replacement parts last fall winter so we put them on early spring. Know the monkey bars are coming un-done from the screw and they have been turning since we got the replacement parts.. The replacement parts are CRAP if you ask me!
