<p><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involves the Pearly Beads &amp; Ribbon Bracelets kit distributed under the American Girl Crafts name with a SKU number of 30-585331. The SKU number is located on the back of the package in the lower right corner. The kit contains 56 pieces. The beads in the jewelry kit are pink, blue, orange and white. Some pink beads have darker pink butterflies imprinted on them. The ribbons in the kit are orange, red, blue and purple.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at: </strong>Michaels Stores and other retailers nationwide from September 2009 through June 2011 for about $8.</p>

<p><strong>Hazard: </strong>If crushed or pulled apart, the plastic casing can break into small pieces and possibly expose the batteries, posing an ingestion hazard to children. If ingested, the batteries may be damaging to either the stomach, intestine, esophagus or nasal mucus membrane.</p>
<p><strong>Incidents/Injury: </strong>There have been two reported incidents involving the Light-Up Rings. One involved a child swallowing a battery, the other involved a child inserting a battery into his nostril. There are no reported incidents involving the Star Glasses.</p>
<p><strong>Description: </strong></p>
<blockquote><p><strong>Light-Up Rings</strong> &#8211; The rings were distributed as part of a promotional product offering or during parent-teacher association conventions. The ring measures 1 1/8 inches across and is made of plastic with a black elastic band. The ring comes in several colors – blue, green, purple, yellow, and pink. The back of the ring is fastened either with screws or glue.<br />
<strong>Star Glasses</strong> &#8211; The glasses were distributed as part of a birthday package. The glasses measure about 5 1/2 inches across by 2 1/2 inches tall and are made of red translucent plastic and have the words Chuck E. Cheese’s painted on the side.</p></blockquote>
<p><strong>Sold at: </strong>Chuck E Cheese’s Restaurants from April 2009 through June 2010 (Light-up Rings) and April through August 2010 (Star Glasses).</p>

<p><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involves children’s coin purses with rainbow stripes and children’s earrings and necklaces that have blue, pink, red, white and yellow colored droplets. “The Coin Purse” and “Mobile Case Coin Puase” are printed on the tag attached to the purse. “Colorful Drop Accessory Bracelet” is printed on the front of the necklace packages and “Colorful Drop Accessory Pierce” is printed on the front of the earring packages. The tag and packaging have “Produced for Daiso Japan” on either the front or back.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at: </strong>Daiso stores in California and Washington from May 2009 through December 2009 for about $1.50.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured in: </strong>China and Korea</p>
<p><strong>Remedy: </strong>Consumers should immediately take the recalled products away from children and contact Daiso for a full refund.</p>

The pendants were sold with silver-colored chains.</p>
