<p><strong>Hazard: </strong>The flashlights can heat up, smoke or melt when turned on, posing fire and burn hazards.</p>
<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>BJ’s has received two reports of incidents with the flashlights, including one unit overheating and one unit burning and making a loud noise. One minor injury to a consumer’s hand has been reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description: </strong>The recall involves Superex SAFETO GO LED flashlight and battery sets. The flashlight sets include one 9.5-inch flashlight with 10 LEDs, two 7.5-inch flashlights with seven LEDs and two 6-inch flashlights with five LEDs. The sets also include seven “D” size batteries and four “AA” size batteries. The flashlights in the sets are made of either red or black plastic with black or gray rubber around the handles and light bases. The words “Superex,” “SAFETO GO Family Pack,” and “Bright White LED Flashlights” appear on the front of the packaging. The UPC 0-56986-01008-3 is printed on the back of the packaging along with the SKU number 700935.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at: </strong>BJ’s Wholesale Clubs from July 2011 through December 2011 for about $15.</p>

<p><strong>Remedy: </strong>Consumers should immediately stop using all of the flashlights and return them to any BJ’s Wholesale Club for a full refund. Consumers should properly dispose of the batteries before returning the flashlights to the store.</p>

<p><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involves all styles of P.Jamas brand name children’s sleepwear including nightgowns and two-piece shirt/pant sets sold in children’s sizes XS through XL. A garment label with the name P.Jamas in blue lettering on a white background is sewn to the center back of the garments. The children’s sleepwear is 100 percent cotton woven or knit fabrics. The garments are in a variety of pastel colors in solid, stripe or plaid patterns. Some nightgowns are hand smocked and some pajamas are trimmed in piping or rickrack.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at: </strong>Boutique shops nationwide and the www.p-jamas.com website from January 2006 through October 2010 for between about $50 and $100.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured in: </strong>Peru and Bolivia</p>
<p><strong>Remedy: </strong>Consumers should stop using the recalled sleepwear immediately and return the product to the retailer where purchased for a full refund.</p>

<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>Summer Infant has received five reports of ruptured batteries, including three incidents of minor property damage. No injuries were reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description: </strong>The recall involves Summer Infant Slim and Secure handheld color video monitors with unmarked, MP and BK rechargeable batteries. The Video Monitor is sold in either silver and white, model #02800; or pink and white, model #02805. It has receiver and camera components. The receiver is approximately 4 ¼” tall and 2 ½” wide with a 2.5” LCD screen with the “Summer” logo printed in white on the bottom front. The camera is silver and white. Both the video monitor and receiver components come with A/C adapters but only the receiver unit contains a rechargeable battery. The batteries are unmarked or marked with letters MP or BK on the lower right corner of the battery. Batteries that are marked TCL are not included in this recall.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at: </strong>Exclusively at Babies R Us from September 2009 to May 2010 for about $200.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured in: </strong>China</p>
<p><strong>Remedy: </strong>Consumers should immediately stop using the video baby monitors with the recalled batteries and contact Summer Infant to receive a postage paid envelope to return the defective battery in exchange for a free replacement battery. The monitor can continue to be used on AC power with power cord.</p>

<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>The firm has received three reports of incidents involving batteries overheating in the recalled flashlights. Reported incidents include a flashlight that melted and a flashlight battery that caught fire. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description: </strong>The recalled projector flashlights are about 6 1/2 inches in length and have the Wolverine, Spider-Man and Iron Man characters and names printed on them. The flashlights come with five extra mini discs that attach to the flashlight to project various images.
