<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>IKEA has received eight reports worldwide of restraint buckles that opened unexpectedly, including three reports of children who received minor injuries after falling from the high chair.</p>
<p><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involves ANTILOP high chairs sold in red, blue or white. The plastic high chair has detachable silver-colored metal legs. High chairs included in the recall have a manufacture date between 0607 and 0911 (YYMM format) from supplier number 17389. The production date and supplier number are molded into the underside of the seat. &#8220;ANTILOP,&#8221; &#8220;IKEA&#8221; and the model number are printed on a label affixed to the underside of the seat. Model numbers included in the recall are:</p>

<p><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involves a wardrobe door with full-length glass mirror with model number 101-604-51, supplier number 12650 and production weeks 1039 through 1048 (YYWW). The product name &#8220;PAX AURLAND&#8221; and &#8220;IKEA&#8221; and production week are printed on the rear of the mirror door on the lower edge. The mirror door is made of foil-coated particleboard and the mirror of glass. The mirror is secured with metal fastenings at top and bottom. The mirror door measures about 191/2 inches wide, 93 inches high and 7/8 inches thick.</p>
<p><strong>Sold exclusively at: </strong>IKEA stores nationwide from October 2010 through September 2011 for about $60.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured in: </strong>Sweden</p>

The tent frame is made of flat steel wire and the tent material is pale green polyester fabric with turquoise, pink and white trim. The tent’s dimensions are: L 28 1/4, W 28 1/4, H 28 1/4.</p>

<p><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involves SNIGLAR non-drop-side, full-size cribs with model number 60091931. SNIGLAR, IKEA and the model number are printed on a label attached to the mattress support. The crib frame and mattress support are made of natural/light-colored wood.</p>
<p><strong>Sold exclusively at: </strong>IKEA stores nationwide from October 2005 through June 2010 for about $80.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured in: </strong>Romania</p>
<p><strong>Remedy: </strong>Consumers should stop using the crib immediately and check the crib. If the mattress support bolts extend through the nut, the bolts are the proper length and the crib is not included in the recall. If the bolt does not extend through the nut, the crib is included in the recall. Contact IKEA for a free repair kit for recalled cribs. In the meantime, find an alternate, safe sleep environment for the child, such as a bassinet, play yard or toddler bed depending on the child&#8217;s age.</p>

<p><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involves all ISDANS, TUPPLUR and ENJE roller blinds. These blinds are made of a solid or sheer fabric, measuring 24” to 79” wide, and have a metal top rail and a bead chain. ENJE has a glued label on the wall fitting showing the IKEA logotype, article number, 5-digit supplier number, four digit date stamp (YYWW) and &#8220;Made in Taiwan&#8221;. The roller blinds have an orange warning label attached at the base of the blind that is marked with AA-136800-3.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at: </strong>IKEA stores nationwide from July 2005 through July 2009 for between $10 and $55.</p>
<p><strong>Manufactured in: </strong>Taiwan and France</p>
<p><strong>Remedy: </strong>Consumers should immediately check the recalled roller blinds to make sure the tension device provided is attached to the bead chain and installed into the wall or floor. If not attached, consumers should immediately stop using the roller blinds and contact IKEA or visit their local IKEA store to receive a free repair kit. The repair kits for the roller blinds will be available the second week of November. If the consumer has difficulty installing the tension device, contact IKEA for additional information.</p>
